To make sure our wedding in St. Maarten is a joyful and stress-free experience, we kindly ask that all guests review the following details. Each guest is responsible for securing their own travel documents, including valid passports and any required visas. We cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, expired documents, or travel restrictions. Accommodations and additional expenses, such as room upgrades, excursions, spa treatments, and personal purchases, are also the responsibility of each guest. While we will provide group booking options at the resort, final payments and arrangements must be completed directly with the travel provider.

We encourage everyone to consider travel insurance, which can help cover unexpected flight changes, cancellations, or emergencies. Health and safety remain a top priority, but please note that we are not liable for illnesses, injuries, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after wedding events. Although we have carefully planned our schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather or venue adjustments may require changes to the timing or location of events. We ask that all guests respect event guidelines, attire requests, and the instructions of our vendors or staff to ensure a smooth celebration.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the wedding festivities. Photos and videos may be shared on our website, social media, or in family keepsakes. Guests are asked to put away recording devices during the wedding ceremony. Finally, please note that by participating in our wedding events, you release the couple, their families, and their vendors from liability for personal loss, property damage, or unforeseen disruptions related to travel or event participation.
